毕业院校：北华大学口腔医学院，医院口腔实习一年，医院规范化培训三年。擅长牙周疾病的预防、治疗、维护。牙体缺损的治疗与美容，根管及根尖疾病的治疗。基本粘膜病的诊断与治疗，口外各类牙齿拔除术，各类门诊手术（牙龈瘤切除、囊肿摘除、骨修整，各类创口的清创缝合等）。

服务患者显真情
孙思邈大夫说：对待患者“见彼苦恼，若己有之”；看病时“皆如至亲之想，亦不得瞻前顾后，自虑吉凶，护惜身命”。姜鹏程医生在接诊时，根据每位患者的实际情况，都会照顾每位患者的实际情况，制订最适合的方案，有一次，一位患者来拔牙，姜医生接诊时，发现患者面露难色，犹豫不决，问寻后方知，原来此患者对就医拔牙很恐惧，姜医生仔细查看了该患者的情况，发现该患者符合微创拔牙的条件，这样就可以减少患者的恐惧心里，不用切口，不用拆线，解决了该患者困扰已久的痛苦。他还利用闲暇时间积极参加吉林大学口腔医学院包旭东主讲的“椅旁CAD/CAM修复技术”、中国医科大学口腔医学院主办的“现代根管治疗技术”学习班。
联合会诊解患者困扰
为了保障广大患者口腔健康需求能得到满足，大东区牙防所的各科医生针对患者的病例，定期进行会诊，一次，修复科的孟令祎医生带着他的患者病例与姜鹏程医生会诊，该患者前来镶牙，经检查发现该患者生理性前牙牙槽骨过分前突，妨碍义齿建立正常咬合，并妨碍美观，如果制作假牙，会出现戴牙困难或局部粘膜疼痛不适的情况。姜鹏程医生与患者沟通好后，为该患者实施了牙槽骨修整门诊手术，修整去除过分前突的部分骨质。便于该患者义齿的佩戴。
工作踏实待患者真诚
虽然姜鹏程医生年纪尚轻，但小姜医生在患者中已小有名声，他待患者真诚、面对患者的疑问总是能耐心的给予讲解，从上班至今，从未接到过一起患者投诉，面对现在的医患关系，小姜医生说：医患关系简单说，就是患者有病痛，需要帮助；医生有专业知识、有能力，可以为患者解除病痛。医院，因为他/她假定，医院拥有专业医学知识的医者能够解除他/她的病痛。这种信任与要求是绝对的，我们必须尽全力满足这种要求。
